At Sunny Steps Pediatrics, we are always looking for passionate, dedicated pediatric therapists who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
We provide mobile pediatric therapy services, allowing our therapists to work with children in their homes, schools, daycares, and other community settings throughout South Florida. Our team includes Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants.

We expect our therapists to provide high-quality care while maintaining timely documentation, communicating with families and the Sunny Steps team, and following all applicable clinical and payer requirements.
At the same time, we understand that therapists need flexibility. We work with our contractors to build schedules that make sense for their availability, experience, and preferred geographic area.
What to Expect
New therapists can expect a structured onboarding process designed to get you ready to begin seeing clients as efficiently as possible. This includes onboarding requirements, documentation expectations, clinical support, and access to the systems and resources needed to manage your caseload.
Because we have a large and growing referral base, therapists who are looking for afternoon, evening, or after-school hours are especially encouraged to apply.
